10. LARC - London Action Resource Centre - A collectively run building providing space and resources for people and groups working on self-organised, non-hierarchical projects for radical social change. Located in Whitechapel.
11. Leaside Regeneration - Co-ordinating the regeneration of the chain of former industrial sites along the west bank of the River Lea.
12. Lockes Wharf Residents Site - Includes news and information for the residents of Lockes Wharf.
13. Mill Quay Residents Association - Covers Barnsdale Avenue, Wheat Sheaf Close and Telegraph Place on the Isle of Dogs. Includes information on Neighbourhood Watch and local information.
14. Poplar HARCA - Poplar Housing and Regeneration Community Association is a Social Landlord with 5000 properties in the south-east of Tower Hamlets.
15. The Tower Project - Voluntary project providing activities and services for children and young people with physical and learning disabilities.
